Hiring For Account Receivables Officer

Job Title: Accounts Receivable Executive Location: Pune Company: Satguru Tours and Travels Experience: 2-5 Years Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Receivable Executive to join our Finance team at Satguru Tours and Travels in Mohali. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client invoicing, payment follow-ups, reconciliation, and ensuring smooth financial operations. Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ability to apply formulas will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities Prepare, verify, and process customer invoices and receipts.Track and monitor accounts receivable to ensure timely collection of payments.Follow up with clients for outstanding payments via email/phone.Maintain accurate financial records and update the AR ledger.Assist in monthly/quarterly closing by reconciling AR balances.Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations) for billing-related queries.Generate reports in Excel for management review. Required Skills & Knowledge Basic understanding of Accounts Receivable processes.Knowledge of MS Excel including commonly used formulas such as: o SUM, AVERAGE, COUNT for totals and averages. o VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP for searching client data. o IF statements for conditional reporting. o Pivot Tables & Filters for quick analysis. o Concatenate / Text formulas for formatting data. Good communication skills for client interactions.Attention to detail and accuracy in financial entries. Qualifications Graduate in Commerce/Finance/Accounting or related field.Fresher or up to 1 year of relevant work experience.Knowledge of Tally/ERP or basic accounting software will be an advantage.
