What You'll Do Process end-to-end payroll using SAP Payroll. Perform accurate Gross-to-Net payroll calculations. Handle off-cycle payroll, claims, retroactive payments, and adjustments. Manage payroll posting and reconciliation activities. Perform detailed data validation, auditing, and quality checks. Generate payroll and tax-related reports. Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation. Ensure compliance with applicable GCC Labour Laws. Work closely with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies. Maintain the highest standards of data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
