Role & responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and develop a team of 12 Front Line Sales (FLS) professionals.
- Drive branch-level sales and revenue targets through direct marketing channels.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual business goals.
- Monitor team productivity, conversion ratios, and sales quality metrics.
- Recruit, train, coach, and retain high-performing sales professionals.
- Conduct regular field visits and support the team in customer acquisition and relationship management.
- Drive persistency, customer retention, and policy renewal performance.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze market opportunities and implement strategies to improve branch performance.
- Foster a high-performance and customer-centric culture within the branch.
Preferred candidate profile
- 5 to 10 years of experience in Life Insurance sales.
- Minimum 23 years of experience as a Team Manager/Branch Manager handling a sizeable sales team.
- Experience should be exclusively in Life Insurance companies.
- Proven experience in managing direct marketing/direct sales channels.
