We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join our International Customer Support team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to provide exceptional support to customers in the US market.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via calls.
- Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
- Accurately document customer interactions and update CRM systems.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy during customer interactions.
- Meet individual and team performance metrics, including customer satisfaction and service levels.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal, listening, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to communicate confidently with international customers.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work in US shifts/Night shifts.
