Key Responsibilities Handle outbound/inbound calls for the domestic collection process. Follow up with customers regarding pending payments. Maintain accurate records of communication and updates in CRM. Ensure professionalism and excellent communication throughout interactions. Eligibility Criteria Any graduate (fresher or experienced) can apply. Excellent English communication skills are mandatory. Willingness to work from the office with no cab facility. Shift Details 9-hour shifts between 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM (any 9-hour slot) 6 days working, 1 rotational week off .
