Role: Freelance HR Recruiter Location: Remote (Work From Home / Pan India) Employment Type: Part-Time / Freelance / Work from Home Salary/Stipend: 4,000 to 15,000/Month (Target-Based Fixed Stipend Incentives)About the Role:We are looking for motivated individuals, college students, freshers, and housewives who want to start their career in Human Resources (HR) and Recruitment. As a Freelance Recruiter, you will help us close multiple job openings for our top corporate clients in the BPO, Customer Support, and Delivery segments.Key Responsibilities (Kaam Kya Hoga):
- Source and screen candidate profiles from provided portals/databases.
- Call potential candidates and screen them based on job requirements.
- Line up interested candidates for interviews with corporate clients (BPO/Delivery sectors).
- Maintain daily sheets of candidate status.
Who Can Apply (Eligibility):
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Undergraduate / Any Graduate (Freshers are highly welcome).
- Must have an Android Smartphone and a good internet connection.
- Basic Hindi and simple English communication skills.
