We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Chat / Voice / Sales Executive to handle customer interactions through chat and voice channels while driving sales and achieving business targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to understand customer requirements, build rapport, handle objections, and convert enquiries into successful sales. Key Responsibilities Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services. Generate leads and convert enquiries into sales. Explain products/services, pricing, offers, and benefits clearly. Provide accurate information and maintain a positive customer experience. Maintain customer and sales records in CRM. Required Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong sales, negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills. Target-oriented with a strong closing mindset. Basic computer and CRM knowledge. Qualifications & Experience Graduate / Undergraduate with relevant experience. 03 years of experience in sales, telecalling, customer support, chat support, BPO, telesales, or business development. Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
