Job Responsibilities
Experience in preparation of Financial Projections, Company Presentations, Bank proposal, Co-ordination with bank etc.Should have experience in handling syndication/ sanction of loans of value in excess of INR 15 crs for corporates/NBFC/Real estate etcCandidate with experience in handling Stressed assets transaction/One time settlement (OTS) /)/Restructuring, /Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC) case or worked under Insolvency Practitioner (IP) can also be consideredcandidate working in finance dept of companies having borrowings of over Rs.300 croresExcellent command over excel and power point
