01Overview
Technical Skills and Qualification Required:
- Minimum 12years of working experience with 5+ years of experience in the US Mortgage industry.
- NMLS licensed mortgage qualified as per US state regulatory requirements are preferred.
- Must have end-to-end US mortgage performing and default servicing domain expertise.
- Must have managed large scale mortgage operations of minimum 100 FTEs across multiple locations.
- Should have experience in implementing Lean Six Sigma, automation, and A led transformation practices.
- Should have financial acumen to manage contract level cost and profitability.
- Should have experience in servicing platforms like MSP, Sagent, Valon etc. .
