01Overview
Technical Skills and Qualification Required:
Minimum 12years of working experience with 5+ years of experience in the US Mortgage industry.
NMLS licensed mortgage professional as per US state regulatory requirements are preferred.
Must have end-to-end US mortgage performing and default servicing domain expertise.
Must have managed large scale mortgage operations of minimum 100 FTEs across multiple locations.
Should have experience in implementing Lean Six Sigma, automation, and A led transformation practices.
Should have financial acumen to manage contract level cost and profitability.
Should have experience in servicing platforms like MSP, Sagent, Valon etc. .
