We are hiring for Gold loan sales across Raipur/Durg/CG.
For Senior Relationship Officer :-
- Acquire recent customers through field visits, lead generation and local marketing.
- Achieve monthly gold loan disbursement targets.
- Explain gold loan schemes and assist walk-in customers.
- Follow up for interest collections, renewals and repayments.
- Maintain daily visit reports, leads and conversion data.
- Support branch in basic documentation, KYC and customer service.
For Gold Valuer :-
- Conduct accurate gold purity testing and valuation.
- Manage gold packet packing, sealing, storage and release.
- Handle cash during disbursements, renewals and closures.
- Ensure proper KYC collection, LOS entries and register maintenance.
- Provide customer service during pledging, releasing and payments.
- Support collections and portfolio quality.
For Assistant Branch Manager :-
- Support Branch Manager in business growth and daily operations.
- Drive customer acquisition, marketing activities and field sales.
- Oversee valuations, cash handling, documentation and compliance.
- Follow up for collections to maintain portfolio quality.
- Guide and supervise SROs and GVs; ensure customer service excellence.
- Maintain branch registers and infrastructure.
For Branch Manager : -
- Responsible for business growth, new customer acquisition, customer service, overall branch operations & compliance.
- Drives field marketing and continuous customer acquisition & engagement in catchment area to meet branch targets for gold loans and other financial products
- Maintains portfolio quality by tracking gold quality and ROI.
- Ensures valuation, process compliance, timely system approvals for loans.
- Coordinates with audit teams; maintains registers and displays
- Follows up on interest collections to control NPAs; handles auctions.
- Monitors team's activities across gold loans, cash, documents, leads generated and new customer acquisition.
- Coaches, mentors and trains team; provides timely feedback and motivation.
- Maintains branch infrastructure and hygiene standards.
