Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle international calls from US clients to provide customer support and resolve their queries related to IT services.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of company's products/services during conversations with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Job Requirements :
- 1-7 years of experience in technical sales or tech support role.
- Robust communication skills for effective cold calling and international calling.
- Ability to work on US voice process (US Sales) as well as UK sales processes. .
