Hiring for Healthcare AR Caller (Voice Process) Semi voice,
Job Responsibilities
- Make calls and non voice to US insurance companies to follow up on unpaid or denied medical claims.
- Verify claim status and identify reasons for denials or payment delays.
- Resolve claim issues by coordinating with insurance representatives.
- Document calls outcomes accurately in the medical billing system.
- Work on aging reports and reduce outstanding accounts receivable.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets
Required Skills:
- Valuable English communication skills.
- Knowledge of US Healthcare and Medical Billing.
- Understanding of AR Calling, Denial Management, EOBs, and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
- Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in US night shifts.
Salary: 2.5 LPA 7.2 LPA CTC
Location: Bangalore
Shift: Night / Rotational ad Day shift 5 Days Working | Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off | Pick-up & Drop
