Role & responsibilities
Handle customer interactions via inbound/outbound calls, live chat, and email.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests promptly and professionally.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account-related concerns.
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
Meet individual and team KPIs, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Follow company policies, processes, and compliance guidelines.
Key Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer proficiency and good typing speed.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts/night shifts.
Graduate/Undergraduate (as per process eligibility).
