Role & responsibilities
Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions for international clients via voice.
Resolve customer queries efficiently while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Identify customer needs and recommend relevant products or services through upselling
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Meet individual and team performance metrics, including quality and sales targets.
Adhere to company policies and process guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process (Customer Support).
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport with customers and confidently handle objections.
Experience in upselling or cross-selling will be an added advantage.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
