01Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls from international banking and insurance customers.
Assist customers with account-related queries, policy information, claims, transactions, and payment issues.
Resolve customer complaints professionally while meeting quality standards.

Cross-sell or up-sell banking and insurance products when applicable.
