Roles and Responsibilities
The primary focus of this role will be to serve as the technical lead for developing Java based lightstreamer. adapters. Key responsibilities will include-
Communicate with users and stakeholders to understand requirements and pain points
Review and improve the architecture of our next-generation self-service application for scalability and manageability
Contribute as an individual developer
Work with support teams to ensure that the application scales and is fault-tolerant
In addition to project-oriented responsibilities, you will be asked to serve as a mentor and guide for junior members of the team, and to provide coaching and guidance to help grow the team
Candidate must be a self-sufficient problem solver who can investigate source code and logs to understand and improve the behaviour of systems
Must be organized and detail oriented
Must have excellent written and spoken communication skills

Qualifications
Skill Set Bachelor's Degree with + yrs of relevant experience.
+ years of overall IT experience
7+ years of experience with Java
5+ years of experience working in a UNIX workplace
2+ years of experience with Python or Perl or other scripting language
Experience with Agile methodologies, GIT and CICD
Knowledge of object-oriented principles and data structure .
