We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Product Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping our Security Operations Center (SOC) solutions.
This role focuses on understanding market needs, gathering requirements, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of product roadmaps. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of technical understanding and strategic insight to create impactful SOC products that address the dynamic challenges of cybersecurity.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for SOC products,
aligning with market trends and business goals.
Develop detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and wireframes to guide development teams.
Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders, including customers,
sales teams, and SOC operators, to address critical needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and data science, to deliver high-quality SOC solutions.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand industry trends and position products effectively.
Develop and manage product backlogs, prioritize features, and oversee timely delivery of product releases.
Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure SOC product success, including detection rates and user satisfaction.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, IT, or related fields
(B.Tech mandatory), MBA is desired for strategic and business-oriented expertise.
5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in cybersecurity or
SOC-related products.
Utilize product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and agile methodologies for efficient development processes.
Demonstrate leadership and stakeholder management skills, ensuring alignment across teams and departments.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks like NIST, MITRE ATT&CK,
and ISO 27001. .
