A Reputed Insurtech MNC is hiring for Senior Program leader to lead the delivery and project management for one of the major Insurance client in P&C Domain. As a Program Leader, you will be expected to lead the project teams and get involved in the projects from the discovery to the production state. Lead the projects in a managed service model where the successful candidate will have an opportunity to demonstrate his/her delivery, project, stakeholder & client management skills.

Delivery Engineering Leadership
Drive engineering discipline across the delivery lifecycle sprint planning, code quality gates, release management, and technical risk mitigationPartner with engineering leads to ensure architecture decisions align with delivery timelines and client commitmentsEstablish and track engineering delivery metrics (velocity, defect leakage, cycle time, deployment frequency) to drive continuous improvementEnsure adherence to DevOps/CI-CD practices and champion an automation-first delivery cultureEngineering Leadership
Provide technical direction and mentorship to engineering teams, fostering ownership and technical excellenceCollaborate with architects and tech leads on solution design, code reviews, and technology choicesChampion engineering best practices clean code, test automation, security, and scalability standardsBuild and scale high-performing engineering teams, including hiring, upskilling, and career developmentAI Leadership Capabilities
Identify and drive adoption of Generative AI tools to improve engineering productivity and delivery efficiency (e.g., AI-assisted coding, testing, documentation)Guide teams in responsibly evaluating and integrating AI-based solutions into client engagementsStay current on emerging AI/GenAI trends and evangelize practical use cases for program delivery and product engineeringPartner with clients to shape AI-enabled product and engineering roadmapsOther Program Leader expectations
Looking for a thought leader, who can contribute as a program manager and can exceed client's expectations with the experience on Managed service deliveryAbility to work as a technology consultant and help client to define and manage their delivery roadmapAbility to lead the multiple programs and understand the landscape of clients business needsVery strong client and stakeholder management skills.Strong delivery experience on P&C domain solutionsStrong Understanding of Agile Concepts, Especially SCRUMMin CSM or PSM Certification Required, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist, ICM certifications etc added advantage.Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologiesAbility to manage the client expectations and build relationship to take the engagement forwardUnderstand the scope of the project, items being built and ensuring technical feasibility.Ability to thrive in rapidly changing environment and should be able to adapt quickly without much handholdingCoordinate with internal resources and all relevant stakeholders for the flawless execution of projects
