Budgeting & Forecasting Financial Reporting & ComplianceEnsure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Maintain adherence to Indian GAAP/IFRS as applicable.Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements like GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, etc.Coordinate with auditors (internal & statutory) and ensure smooth audit processes.Monitor and manage product costing, BOM analysis, and variance reporting.Work closely with production and procurement teams to analyze costs and implement cost control measures.Manage inventory accounting and reconciliation in coordination with the stores and production departments.
