1. Finance proficiency in a banking set up or banking gcc a must
2. Knowledge of IFRS is a must. Level of proficiency required is very high
3. Should have proven experience of steering change Management/transformation e.g leading finance initiatives in ledger transformation
4. Prior experience of working in Oracle Fusion from finance as part of transformation a must.
