Responsibilities
- Employee Lifecycle Management Manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, confirmations,
transfers, and exits.
- Ensure accurate employee records on HR MS with strong data management practices.
- Drive background verification, employee documentation, and statutory compliance processes.
- Provide accurate payroll inputs, and manage attendance, leave, and time-off records.
- Administer employee benefits, including insurance and mediclaim.
- Ensure timely processing of HR documentation such as letters, contracts, and agreements.
- Design and execute the HR engagement calendar and employee engagement initiatives.
- Support HR BP and leadership in driving engagement, performance, and employee experience.
Coordinate HR communication initiatives.
- Partner with HR leadership to streamline workflows and drive process automation.
Assist in reviewing and updating HR policies to ensure alignment with best practices and compliance requirements.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll coordination, and compliance.
- Hands-on experience with HR MS platforms (Darwinbox, Zoho, or similar).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Robust problem-solving, multitasking, and time management abilities.
High level of confidentiality, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
