About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader Pre-Sales with strong experience in the Real Estate industry. The ideal candidate will lead and manage a team of Pre-Sales Executives, ensuring effective client engagement, lead management, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 5 Pre-Sales Executives.
Ensure the team makes proper client calls and maintains quality communication with potential customers.
Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and implement effective strategies to achieve targets.
Handle client queries, follow-ups, and support team members in closing deals.
Source and manage self-generated leads to contribute to sales targets.
Maintain regular reporting and ensure achievement of pre-sales KPIs.
Coordinate with the Sales team for smooth lead handover and conversion.
Requirements
Education: Graduation (Mandatory)
Experience:
Minimum 3+ years in Pre-Sales (Real Estate industry experience is mandatory).
Proven experience in team handling/leadership role.
Strong communication, leadership, and client-handling skills.
Ability to multitask, motivate the team, and meet deadlines.
