Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls/chats for international customers (UK,US & Australian process)
• Resolve customer queries efficiently and provide accurate solutions
• Deliver excellent customer service with a professional approach
• Maintain quality standards and meet performance metrics

Required Candidate profile

Graduate candidates with 1 year of experience in international voice process can apply
