Review and process healthcare claims in accordance with company policies and industry regulations.
Verify patient eligibility and perks to ensure claims are valid.
Analyze claims for accuracy and completeness, identifying any discrepancies or issues.
Communicate with healthcare providers, patients, and insurance companies to resolve claims-related inquiries.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements in all claims processing activities.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all claims processed.
Preferred candidate profile
Graduate
Previous experience in healthcare/Insurance Life/Group perks claims processing
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Typing speed of 25 wpm with an accuracy of 80% .
