Role & responsibilities
- Review and process healthcare claims in accordance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Verify patient eligibility and benefits to ensure claims are valid.
- Analyze claims for accuracy and completeness, identifying any discrepancies or issues.
- Communicate with healthcare providers, patients, and insurance companies to resolve claims-related inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements in all claims processing activities.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all claims processed.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate
- Previous experience in healthcare/Insurance Life/Group perks claims processing
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Typing speed of 25 wpm with an accuracy of 80% .
