Role & responsibilities
- The candidate must have deep functional and testing experience across financial modules and integrations, including Orders, EDI, AP, AR, GL, CM, and third-party systems.
- Experience in mapping Oracle EBS modules to Workday Financials
- Knowledge of key financial business processes(P2P,O2C,R2R, Financial Close & Reconciliation)
- Solid experience in building Test strategy, System Integration Testing (SIT) End-to-End (E2E) Testing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support, JIRA
- Integration & Data Validation
- Strong experience in testing integrations between Workday and external systems including:
- Oracle EBS (legacy)
- EDI systems
- Order management systems
- Banking and payment systems
- Hands-on experience with:
- Workday integrations (EIB, Workday Studio, APIs, web services)
- Middleware platforms (if applicable)
- Strong data validation expertise:
- Source (EBS) vs Workday data comparison
- Validation of migrated financial data
- Reconciliation of transactions across systems
- Ability to validate:
- Inbound/outbound interfaces
- Batch jobs and scheduled integrations
- Oracle EBS to Workday Migration Experience (MANDATORY)
- Hands-on experience in at least one end-to-end ERP transformation or Workday implementation
- Experience with:
- Legacy data migration and validation
- Parallel runs and reconciliation
- Cutover and go-live support
- Excellent communication skills
- Automation / AI Advantage (Good to Have) .
