01Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Resolve customer queries and concerns in a timely and accurate manner.
Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams whenever required.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt issue resolution.
Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
Eligibility Criteria
Freshers only.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Willingness to work in the night shift.
Comfortable working from the office in Chennai.
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
