Hiring Freshers || AR Caller- Medical Billing|| Immediate Joiners (Voice process Night shift)
- Manage accounts receivable calls to resolve outstanding balances, denials, and patient inquiries.
- Identify and address denial management issues by researching root causes, appealing denied claims, and implementing corrective actions.
- Process international voice process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure timely follow-up on overdue payments.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with patients, insurance companies, and healthcare providers.
- No WFH only WFO
Preferred Candidates profile
- Must have valuable and excellent communication in English
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Willing to work in complete night shift
- Willing to work from office
