Job SummaryThe Elite Job is currently seeking passionate and detail-oriented individuals to join our growing HR team as HR Analysts. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to launch their careers in Human Resources. As an HR Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting various HR functions through data analysis, reporting, and administrative assistance. This position offers immense opportunities to learn, grow, and build a strong foundation in HR practices in a dynamic and supportive remote work environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesCollect, compile, and analyze HR data from various sources (HRIS, employee surveys, exit interviews, etc.).
Assist in creating HR reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
Support the recruitment and onboarding process through scheduling, documentation, and candidate coordination.
Help maintain accurate employee records and databases.
Participate in HR audits and help ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve HR processes.
Support the performance review and appraisal processes.
Monitor HR metrics and help identify trends for workforce planning.
Required Skills and QualificationsBachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced HR environment.
ExperienceNo prior experience required.
Fresh graduates and final-year students are encouraged to apply.
Any internship or project work related to HR will be considered a plus.
Working HoursMonday to Friday
9:30 AM to 6:30 PM IST
Flexible scheduling options are available to accommodate remote work needs.
Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesBasic understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws (a plus).
Familiarity with HR software or systems (desirable but not mandatory).
