Responsibilities - Assist in the preparation of financial models and valuations
Conduct market research and analysis to support investment decisionsPrepare presentations and reports for clients and internal stakeholdersAssist in the due diligence process for mergers and acquisitionsSupport senior bankers in client meetings and relationship managementStay updated on market trends and industry developments Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related fieldStrong analytical and quantitative skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modelingExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesBasic understanding of financial statements and investment banking concepts .
