Role Description The Hiring Operations Team Lead will oversee and coordinate end-to-end hiring activities for ITIL, ServiceNow, Endpoint & Asset Management roles, ensuring timely and high-quality talent delivery for clients. This full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru involves leading a small team of recruiters, setting priorities, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing recruitment processes for mid to senior-level technology roles.
Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements, designing sourcing strategies, screening and shortlisting candidates, managing interview workflows, and maintaining accurate records in recruitment systems. The role also includes ensuring compliance with internal policies and client SLAs, preparing regular reports on hiring outcomes, and driving continuous improvement across recruitment operations. The team lead will contribute to stakeholder communication, support training and mentoring of team members, and help enhance the candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.

Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced R2R Executive with strong knowledge of Record-to-Report processes, General Ledger, Journal Entries, Balance Sheet Reconciliation, Accruals, Variance Analysis, Month-End Closing, and SAP ERP. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring financial accuracy and supporting accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end R2R activities.
- Prepare and post Journal Entries in SAP ERP.
- Manage General Ledger accounting and reconciliations.
- Perform Balance Sheet Reconciliations and resolve open items.
- Prepare Accruals, Prepayments, and Provisions.
- Conduct Variance Analysis for P&L; and Balance Sheet accounts.
- Support Month-End and Year-End Closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial schedules.
- Coordinate with auditors and internal stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Experience in R2R and Finance & Accounting operations.
- Hands-on experience in SAP ERP.
- Strong knowledge of General Ledger and Journal Entries.
- Expertise in Reconciliations and Month-End Closing activities. .
