Key Responsibilities :

Generate Insurance business through Agents team,
Recruitment quality advisors through field, natural market, and other activities
Ensure that advisors undergo proper training on product, regulations and other selling inputs
Monitoring and tracking of business performance of advisors
Inculcate product as well as practical training to the advisors by accompanying them to client meetings
Guiding advisors on the sales funnel and achieving revenue targets
Helping in need analysis of prospective customer to high level of customer satisfaction leading to customer delight
Carrying out various promotional activities for sales as well as for recruitment
Accountable for revenue generation and achievement of business targets

Graduation in MUST

Own VEHICLE(Two Wheeler/Four Wheeler) is MUST.

Candidate should have min Graduation(Passed)

Candidate should be open for FIELD/CLIENTS VISIT
