Role DescriptionThe Graphic Designer will work full-time on-site in New Delhi. This job involves coming up with ideas and designing visuals for brand campaigns - things like logos, key visuals, social media posts, digital ads, and print materials. The Graphic Designer will work closely with copywriters, account managers, and strategy teams to turn brand guidelines and campaign goals into strong designs. Daily work includes creating layout options, improving fonts and text style, getting artwork ready for printing, and keeping everything consistent across the brand. The job also includes joining brainstorming sessions, showing design ideas, and making changes based on feedback to meet deadlines and quality standards.
QualificationsStrong basics in Graphic Design and Graphics, able to create visuals that look consistent across a campaign.Good at Logo Design and Branding, including building and using visual identities across many platforms.Solid understanding of Typography and how to use it well in layouts for digital and print media.Strong skills in standard design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, AI Tools, InDesign, Figma, or similar.Portfolio showing creative thinking, attention to detail, and experience working in an agency or for a brand.Able to understand creative instructions, handle multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-moving workplace.Strong communication and teamwork skills, open to feedback and making changes as needed.Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field is preferred.Company DescriptionAdStreet Communications Pvt Ltd is a small, focused creative agency.
