• Deputy Sales Manager (DSM)
• Senior Key Relationship Officer (SKRO)
• Key Relationship Officer (KRO)

Locations: Thanjavur, Karur, Kovilpatti, Sivaganga, Thoothukudi, Mayiladuthurai, Nagercoil, Viluppuram, Coimbatore, Chennai, Chengalpattu, Tambaram, Ambattur 

CTC:

• DSM: 4 LPA + Attractive Industry-Leading Incentives + Fast-Track Promotions
• SKRO: 3.4 LPA + Attractive Industry-Leading Incentives + Fast-Track Promotions
• KRO: 3 LPA + Attractive Industry-Leading Incentives + Fast-Track Promotions

Eligibility:

- Graduation,10th,12th,&Diploma also Eligible.
- Age: 20 to 32 years
- Good CIBIL score
- Minimum 8 months of experience
- Preferably immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of less than 30 days

Experience Required:

- Experience in LAP / Home Loans / Mortgage / Lending Products
- Open Market / Field Sales / Direct Sales background

Shortlisting Criteria:

DSM:

- Minimum 1 year in the current company
- Incentives earned in the latest 6 months (mandatory)

SKRO & KRO:

- Incentives earned in the latest 3 months (mandatory)
