Role Description
The Hiring Operations Team Lead will oversee and coordinate end-to-end hiring activities for ITIL, ServiceNow, Endpoint & Asset Management roles, ensuring timely and high-quality talent delivery for clients. This full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru involves leading a small team of recruiters, setting priorities, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing recruitment processes for mid to senior-level technology roles. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements, designing sourcing strategies, screening and shortlisting candidates, managing interview workflows, and maintaining accurate records in recruitment systems. The role also includes ensuring compliance with internal policies and client SLAs, preparing regular reports on hiring outcomes, and driving continuous improvement across recruitment operations.
