Manage firewall configurations, network security, and access control systems.Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, IP cameras, DVR/NVR, and surveillance systems. Monitor and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, printers, scanners, and network devices. Install, update, and troubleshoot operating systems, antivirus, business software, and user applications. Maintain desktops, laptops, servers, backups, user accounts, permissions, and IT assets. Configure and maintain biometric attendance systems and related connectivity issues. Provide technical support through remote access, phone, email, and on-site support. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and system-related issues within agreed timelines. Track support tickets, document solutions, and coordinate with vendors or internal teams when required.
