Role & Responsibilities
Review customer documents for KYC and AML verification.Verify customer identity and perform Customer Due Diligence (CDD).Ensure compliance with RBI KYC/AML guidelines and internal policies.Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.Identify discrepancies and escalate high-risk or suspicious cases.Perform account verification and documentation checks.Prepare reports with high accuracy and attention to detail.Coordinate with internal teams for smooth banking operations.Support compliance, risk management and operational activities.Complete assigned tasks within defined timelines while maintaining quality standards.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Graduate/Postgraduate Freshers (2022 -2026 Passouts) are eligible to apply.Commerce background preferred (B.Com, BBA, M.Com, MBA/PGDM). BA/B.Sc candidates with excellent English communication skills may also apply.Freshers are welcome.Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.Basic understanding of Banking, KYC, AML and Compliance will be an added advantage.Willing to work from Gurugram.Positive attitude, quick learner and good team player.
