Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-orientedNursing graduates/freshersto join our Medical Coding team. Candidates will be responsible for reviewing patient medical records and assigning accurate diagnosis and procedure codes using standard coding guidelines. Comprehensive training will be provided to eligible candidates.

Responsibilities
Review patient medical records and clinical documentation.
Assign accurate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes.
Ensure compliance with medical coding standards and healthcare regulations.
Maintain coding accuracy and productivity targets.
Work collaboratively with the quality assurance and operations teams.
Continuously learn and stay updated with coding guidelines.

Eligibility
B.Sc Nursing / GNM / M.Sc Nursing graduates.Freshers are welcome to apply.
Good knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Basic computer proficiency.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if applicable).
