Role Description
As a member of the team, you will leverage your proficient knowledge of one or more processes to participate in meeting service levels, key measurement targets of the team and delivers a high quality and cost-effective service. In this role you will play a key role in:
Data Management:
Create, update, and maintain customer master data in compliance with global standards.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all systems.
Analyse and correct data inconsistencies.
Collaboration:
Work closely with business units such as Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT to understand data requirements and resolve issues.
Provide training and support to new users on data governance tools and processes.
Compliance and Documentation:
Maintain documentation for data management processes and ensure compliance with record retention policies.
Support audits and data quality initiatives.
Qualifications
Proficiency in data management tools and systems (e.g., SAP, MDG).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Knowledge of global data standards and compliance requirements.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
