Role Description The R2R (Record to Report) Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The role involves managing and maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring timely posting of journal entries, and supporting the month-end and year-end closing processes. The executive will handle account reconciliations, monitor ledger balances, and assist in preparing financial reports in line with organizational policies and compliance requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing and updating documents, resolving discrepancies through analysis and coordination with internal stakeholders, and supporting audits with necessary documentation. The role also requires effective communication with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and adherence to reporting timelines.
