We're Hiring Sales Officer (CASA)

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Role: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire quality CASA (Current Account & Savings Account) customers.

• Source and activate New-to-Bank (NTB) CASA accounts.

• Acquire higher CASA variant accounts.

• Drive CASA value and Average Monthly Balance (AMB) growth.

• Cross-sell Life Insurance, Mutual Funds, Gold Loans, Trade/FX, and Asset products.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Follow Yes Personality service guidelines.

• Ensure compliance with KYC norms and operational risk policies.

• Adhere to bank policies and internal processes.

• Escalate business issues on time and support resolution.

• Ensure the safety and security of bank and customer assets.

• Submit MIS reports within timelines.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Experience in CASA sales, banking sales, or field sales preferred.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Local candidates from Jaipur will be preferred.
