Manage CASA (Current Account Savings Account) portfolio by identifying new business opportunities, cross-selling products, and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly targets for saving accounts, retail liabilities, and other banking products.
Provide exceptional customer service by resolving queries related to current accounts, savings accounts, and other banking services.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of branch operations.
Job Requirements :
1-10 years of experience in branch banking or similar role as a Relationship Officer or Sales Officer.
Strong understanding of CASA products such as current accounts, saving accounts, and retail liabilities.
Excellent relationship management skills with ability to build strong rapport with customers.
Proficiency in using PAM (Portfolio Analysis Module) software.
