About the Role
We are looking for highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developers with hands-on expertise in IRM/GRC or Security Operations (SecOps) to join our growing ServiceNow practice. The ideal candidate should have strong platform development experience and be capable of independently designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications for IRM/GRC or Security Operations (SecOps).
- Configure and implement platform capabilities using Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
- Develop and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform issues while ensuring optimal performance.
- Follow ServiceNow development best practices, coding standards, and governance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior developers.

Mandatory Qualifications
- 6 to 10 years of ServiceNow Experience
- Robust hands-on experience in ServiceNow IRM/GRC or ServiceNow SecOps.
- CSA (Certified System Administrator) Mandatory.
- CAD (Certified Application Developer) Mandatory
- CIS Certification in IRM/GRC or Security Operations (SecOps) Mandatory
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. .
