About the Role
We are looking for highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developers with hands-on expertise in IRM/GRC or Security Operations (SecOps) to join our growing ServiceNow practice. The ideal candidate should have solid platform development experience and be capable of independently designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications for IRM/GRC or Security Operations (SecOps).
Configure and implement platform capabilities using Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
Develop and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform issues while ensuring optimal performance.
Follow ServiceNow development best practices, coding standards, and governance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior developers.

Mandatory Qualifications
6 to 10 years of ServiceNow Experience
Robust hands-on experience in ServiceNow IRM/GRC or ServiceNow SecOps.
CSA (Certified System Administrator) Mandatory.
CAD (Certified Application Developer) Mandatory
CIS Certification in IRM/GRC or Security Operations (SecOps) Mandatory
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. .
