Summary
The T24 Data Migration Business Analyst plays a critical role in driving successful core banking transformations by serving as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. With extensive experience in T24 core banking systems, this professional leads the end-to-end data migration lifecyclefrom requirement gathering and data mapping to validation and rollout. The role ensures that data migration strategies align with business objectives, regulatory standards, and technical feasibility.
By delivering clear functional specifications and managing stakeholder expectations, the analyst enables seamless data transitions, minimizes risks, and supports the successful implementation of critical banking modules. This position is essential for maintaining data integrity and operational continuity during system upgrades or migrations.

Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of data mapping and migration strategies, including dependency analysis and load sequencing
Act as the primary interface between business users, IT teams, and migration specialists
Conduct in-depth requirement analysis and translate business needs into detailed functional specifications
Design and document data mapping, transformation rules, and migration workflows
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal business requirements
Support end-to-end delivery across development, testing, and production rollout phases
Facilitate stakeholder communication, manage expectations, and provide regular progress updates
Identify potential risks and deliver scalable, optimized solutions to mitigate them
Requirements Minimum 10 years of experience as a T24 Business Analyst in core banking environments
Proven expertise in mandatory T24 modules: AA (Accounting), Lending, Deposits, Accounts
Hands-on experience with additional modules: Customer Accounts, Limits, Collateral, LD, MM, MG, AZ
Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery methodologies
Exceptional analytical, communication, and documentation skills
Demonstrated ability to manage complex data migration projects with high accuracy and timeliness .
