Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of coders to ensure accurate and timely completion of ICD-10-CM/PCS coding projects.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets for multiple projects simultaneously.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
Job Requirements :
- 6-7 years of experience in HCC coding or related field.
- Robust knowledge of ICD-10-CM/PCS coding system.
- Proven leadership skills with ability to manage teams effectively. .
