Minimum 1 year of experience in a Bank/NBFC in Home Loan (HL) or LAPCandidates from HL/LAP Sales or Operations background can applyGood knowledge of Banking & Loan PoliciesUnderstanding of Home Loan & LAP processesAbility to coordinate effectively with Banks, Credit Teams, Customers & Internal TeamsStrong follow-up and coordination skillsHardworking, target-oriented and result-driven attitudeGood communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet timelinesKey Responsibilities
Managing end-to-end Home Loan & LAP operationsCoordinating with banks for login, processing, sanction and disbursementHandling documentation and ensuring timely completion of casesCoordinating with Bank Credit & Operations TeamsRegular follow-up on pending cases and resolving process-related issuesEnsuring cases are processed as per Bank Policies & GuidelinesMaintaining proper case tracking and timely updatesSupporting the team in achieving business and disbursement targetsWhat We Offer
