Roles and Responsibilities :
- Identify potential customers for housing loans, business loans, LAP (Loan Against Property), and home finance products.
- Conduct field work to gather information about customer needs and preferences.
- Develop relationships with existing clients to increase sales of financial services offered by the company.
- Meet targets set by management for sales performance.
Job Requirements :
- 1-4 years of experience in DSA (Direct Sales Agent) or similar roles in banking or finance industry.
- Robust understanding of housing loan, business loan, LAP, HL (Home Loan) products.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers at all levels. .
