n Roles and Responsibilities
n n For SM- Min. 5 years of expereince into HL/LAP Sales ( Prime/ Affordable)
n For Sales Executive: Min. 2 years of experience into HL/LAP Sales. Undergraduates ( 12th Pass) may also Apply.
n For ASM- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets for Prime/ affordable housing loans, home loans, LAP (Loan Against Property), mortgage loans, and secured loans.
n Develop and execute strategies to increase market share in the affordable housing segment.
n Build robust relationships with channel partners and stakeholders to drive revenue growth.
n n Desired Candidate Profile
n n Min. 2 years of experience into HL/LAP Sales.
n Strong understanding of affordable housing loan products such as HL (Housing Loan) and MLP (Mortgage Loan).
n Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy execution.
